Therabody needed help with elevating their e-comm experience overall brand presence with a goal of increased conversion and brand loyalty in a crowded wellness market.

Before kicking off the task of optimizing Therabody.com, we first kicked-off a comprehensive yet focused deep dive into the brand’s current offering as well as its competitors across a series of adjacent categories and synthesized the results.



After identifying key areas for improvement and optimization, we then laid the groundwork for intuitive information architecture with an evolving site map. Initial wireframes were also outlined with a strategic lens and helped to identify areas of focus as we developed a cohesive yet flexible design system.

From here, we built a living design system. Evolved from a limited brand foundation, our comprehensive guidance provided direction for scaling Therabody’s brand across all digital platforms. The system flexed as necessary throughout the define and development process.

The resulting experience melded all foundational components and design strategy to serve an engaging, informative, and brand-forward ecomm platform.
